Privacy Policy
How Lorica collects, uses, and protects personal data.
This website is operated by Lorica Global Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. Lorica handles personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and holds the information entrusted to it to the same standard it applies to every program it manages. This policy sets out what is collected through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to the people it concerns.
Scope
This policy covers personal data collected through the Lorica websites — including inquiries, correspondence, and the technical records generated by visiting the site. Data held within Lorica.ONE, the operating platform behind every Lorica program, is governed by the agreement for the program it belongs to; the section on program data below describes how that data is treated.
Data Collected
When an inquiry is submitted through the contact form, Lorica receives the details provided: name, company, email address, phone number, the message itself, and any attached file. Subsequent correspondence is retained as part of the inquiry record. Like any website, the site’s hosting infrastructure generates standard technical logs — such as IP address and browser type — used for security and operation of the service. The site sets no advertising cookies and builds no visitor profiles. It uses a cookieless analytics service to record page views and a small number of interaction events — such as an inquiry being sent or a case study being opened — which are aggregated and never linked to an individual. No name, email address, phone number, message content, or attached file is sent to it.
Use
Personal data is collected for defined purposes: responding to inquiries, discussing and operating uniform programs, maintaining business records, and meeting legal obligations. It is not sold, rented, or used for third-party advertising. Where scheduling links are offered, booking takes place on the scheduling provider’s own pages under that provider’s privacy terms.
Disclosure & Service Providers
Lorica engages a small number of service providers to operate this website — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and scheduling — and personal data is shared with them only to the extent needed to provide those services. Some providers process data outside Singapore; where they do, Lorica ensures the data remains protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA, as the Act requires. Beyond these providers, personal data is disclosed only where the law requires it.
Lorica.ONE Program Data
Client information — including employee sizing records and program data held in Lorica.ONE — is handled under role-based, access-controlled systems and used only for the operation of the program it belongs to. The terms governing that data, including retention and return, are set out in each client’s program agreement. Individuals whose data is held within a client program should direct requests to their employer, the program owner, with Lorica supporting as the program’s data intermediary.
Retention & Security
Personal data is kept only as long as the purpose it was collected for — or a legal or business requirement — reasonably requires, and is then removed. Access is limited to those who need it for that purpose, and reasonable security arrangements are maintained to protect the data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
Access & Correction
Under the PDPA, individuals may request access to the personal data Lorica holds about them, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent to its continued use. Requests should be sent to the contact below and will be answered within the timeframes the Act sets out.
Changes
This policy is reviewed as the business and its obligations evolve. The current version is always the one published on this page.
